On Sunday 25th April, three fantastic fundraisers will be rowing the virtual length of the River Cam on their trusty Concept2 machines to help Stars support bereaved children and young people in Cambridgeshire.

The team from BB fit in Histon, Cambridge, will undertake an amazing challenge to row 69km each on three rowing machines linked together. The ‘boats’ will be pushing off at 9am, with their progress displayed on a large screen outside, and hope to finish six hours later having rowed a total distance of 217km between them.

Ben Butler from BB fit said: “No great endurance event should be undertaken without a worthy cause to raise a few pennies for. We will be rowing our socks off to help Stars, which does such a great job in supporting young people that need it most, especially now, when this local charity's workload has increased over the last 12 months.”

Best of luck to the BB fit team and huge thanks to all their supporters!
