What a performance, everyone loved this year’s production of Aladdin at the Cambridge Arts Theatre. Not only was it hailed as one of the best UK pantomimes, but audience participation was at its wonderful best with more than £15,000 raised for seven different charities during bucket collections at the theatre – an amazing £2,800 of which will go to Stars Children’s Bereavement Support Services helping young people facing grief. Chair of Stars David Culley said: “What terrific news and what a fantastic amount to have raised. On behalf of everyone at Stars, we thank you so much Cambridge Arts Theatre and all the incredibly generous people of Cambridgeshire.”
