We are committed to providing a high quality, accessible and responsive service to our young clients. All of our counsellors are DBS checked, complete regular safeguarding training and have reached a minimum of Level 4 or Higher National Diploma counselling qualifications. They receive additional training specifically about working with young people and bereavement. If you have any feedback as to how we can continue to improve our service or simply comments that you would like to share with the Stars team we would love to hear from you.
The Stars office is open 9 am til 5 pm Monday to Friday during school term times. During school holidays the office operates a reduced staff schedule. Any message left with Stars will be returned as soon as possible. Talk to Stars for support today 01223 863511
